Customisation Terms & Conditions — Navin Creations

Navin Creations (“we”, “us”, “our”) specialises in handcrafted baptism outfits and accessories made exclusively to order. By placing a customised order, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms:

  1. Customisation Notes

All customisation details must be clearly mentioned in the Customisation / Order Notes section at checkout or in the formal written order confirmation issued by us.
• Conversations on WhatsApp, email, or phone are guidance only.
• Production follows only the written order notes.
• Any missed or unclear information remains the Customer’s responsibility.

If it is not written, it will not be included.

  1. Designer Discretion & Aesthetic Integrity

Our designers may refine detailing where required to maintain safety, elegance, design balance, and premium finishing. These refinements will not change the concept of your design, but ensure the final garment remains visually appealing and structurally sound.

By confirming your order, you authorise us to exercise this professional judgement.

  1. Fabric, Lace & Material Availability

If a specific lace, trim, or material becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a similar high-quality alternative. This does not qualify as a defect or cancellation reason.

  1. Colour Variation

Minor shade differences may occur due to lighting, fabric texture, device screens, or dye batch variation. These are normal and not defects.

  1. Measurements & Fit

Customers must ensure accurate measurements at the time of order. Small variances can occur due to fabric properties and garment construction.

  1. No Changes After Order Confirmation

Once the order is approved and released to production, no changes, cancellations, refunds, or modifications are permitted.

  1. Handmade Craftsmanship

Minor differences in embroidery placement, trim alignment, or finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments.

  1. Timelines

Production and delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier services, customs, operational delays, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

We will always make reasonable efforts to deliver before your function date.

  1. Non-Refundable Custom Orders

Customised products are made exclusively for you and therefore are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, return, or refund, except in the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (India-Compliant)

  1. Customised Products

As per our business model and Section 2(10) of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, customised products are not eligible for return, refund, modification, or cancellation once production has started — except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

  1. Eligible Refund Conditions

A refund or replacement may be offered only if:
• the product is received in damaged condition
• there is a proven manufacturing defect
• the product delivered is completely different from the order

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and unboxing proof.

Approved resolutions remain at the discretion of Navin Creations.

Refunds are not applicable in case of:
• change of mind
• subjective dissatisfaction
• colour variation
• minor handmade variance
• courier delays
• incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
• refusal to accept advised design refinements

Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. If production has not begun and a cancellation is approved on goodwill grounds, processing charges may apply.
